For years, I’ve wanted to share the swirling thoughts in my mind, but doubt always held me back. Like many of us, I hesitated questioning whether my thoughts, experiences, and ideas were worth sharing.

Today, I’ve decided to take that leap. I’m embracing the challenge of blogging, opening up about my journey, and inviting you to explore change, transformation, and personal growth with me.

Who Am I?

I’m Tori, and I’ve spent over 20 years working in IT change environments. Change is at the heart of everything we do, and my passion lies in driving transformation both professionally and personally to make life a little easier.

Beyond my work, I’m fascinated by the ways we navigate change, overcome challenges, and build meaningful habits that help us thrive.

Why This Blog?

A couple of years ago a diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue (ME/CF) forced me to reflect on my goals, my priorities, and the stories I wanted to share. Inspired by other bloggers who have bravely documented their journeys, I realised it was time to step forward and contribute my own experiences, thoughts, and lessons learned.
